Congratulations. Very well articulated. I remember Arunachal Pradesh had also passed the Indigenous Faith Bill to stop conversions of tribal people to Christianity way back in 1977-78 during the Janata Party rule. It evoked a strong opposition and criticism from the Global Church and Missionary organizations who were engaged in conversion of tribal people to Christianity in the north-east region. Madhya Pradesh was the first state to enact such legislation to ban religious conversion after the Niyogi Commission's report was published.
