A very nicely worded article with a very broad perspective of RSS considering every Swayamsevak as a great human resource. In fact the strenth of RSS is its strong human resource ready to shoulder any responsibility irrespective of small or big. This is the only organization in the world where the cultural and behavioural devlopment of a human resource is made in such a way that his thought process becomes highly patriotic and his thinking becomes selfless.

RSS is 94 years old organization. It's one of the oldest, greatest , and biggest non governmental organization in India.
Thaks for writing this article on RSS and how it works on their own karyakartas and gives them a vision of making India great by working in different parts India in different social areas.

A very good article that clearly tells how Swayamsevaks are molded, developed as Karyakarthas and utilised in Social work in different aspects which in turn develope their skills further.

An excellent management perspective of how RSS nurtures human resource to build extraordinary organisational strength and raises the potential of swayamsevaks. I have only one point to make. In the first line "organisation of humans - specifically male gender" RSS is no more a preserve of male gender, except in pure shakha. Women are present in all other activities of RSS. Infact, in RSS inspired HSS, in USA, even shakhas for men and women are common, camps are common. - Ratan Sharda
